Seminar Papers 30/7/03	The China Papers Issue 2 The China Papers Issue 2 is an outcome from a professional development program for visiting science and mathematics scholars from the National Universities in the People's Republic of China. The program is sponsored by the China Scholarship Council and is given within the Faculties of Science and Education at The University of Sydney. The papers are written as part of the final fortnight of the program when the visiting scholars deliver a series of seminars on their ideas and observations about teaching and learning science and how these will inform their own practice on their return to China. UniServe Science Conference 5/05/03	2003 Conference The UniServe Science 2003 conference will run over two days. The First Year Experience Discussion Forum will be held on the first day, Thursday October 2, 2003. The symposium 'Improving Learning Outcomes Through Flexible Science Teaching' will be held on the second day, Friday October 3, 2003. See our conference page for further information.

Science Teacher Fellowships 1/03/03	Science Teacher Fellowships The Fellowships have been established by the University of Sydney, funded initially by the Department of Employment, Science and Technology, to encourage creativity and exploration by New South Wales secondary science teachers and to acknowledge gifted and inspiring science teachers throughout the state.
