Datalogging Seismograph: Menu
Like you I am keen to spread an interest in seismology, continental drift and Science overall to as many students as possible. To help make your seismograph run, or run better, I would be very pleased to answer any questions that you have about the design or its operation. Over the last ten years I have probably encountered many of the problems that you are likely to face and might know the answers to a few of them. I will reply to these and put common questions and answers onto a FAQ page.
If you make some improvements please let me know so that I can use these to update this site and if you detect quakes please sent me copies of the files so we can compare and publish results from different areas of the state or country (or even countries) as our own small seismic network.
